   You probably never think about your health, or some factors that may have in your body. You are more likely to roll through life day to day care and enjoy life as much as you can. But if you're not careful, you could end up facing the consequences of your health could be avoided. To prevent this, avoid mistakes, these four teenagers on health.

1. Most teenagers stay up late to study or go out with friends. But do not get enough sleep. We do not have a regular sleep pattern can harm your body. You may think that you get enough sleep. But your body may not get the amount of money it really needs to rest. Teenagers have the best night with eight to ten hours of sleep.

2. When you chew a lot of junk food and learning, hanging out with friends watching TV and movies that make you serious harm to your health. Eating too much junk food can cause significant medical problems, serious problems, weight gain, heart disease and diabetes. Avoid Them Eat some healthy snacks throughout the day, not just chips and candy. Try carrots, crackers, cookies, cheese and nuts can chew, but Munch healthy food.

3. Many teenagers often do not eat breakfast, especially if they are late in the morning. "Breakfast is the most important day of the meal" is not just a slogan. I am ready to face the day ahead of your body, so you need to wash and keep you awake. If you do not have the time or want a hearty breakfast, try oatmeal, breakfast drinks, granola bars, muffins or small bowl. You can put most of them on the road and you eat at school.

4. You may be registered in gym class. But that does not mean you'll get enough exercise. If you tend to play a game, sitting in for the rest of you, you did not do your body any good get up and go for a walk or bike ride. One of the school's sports teams to go out. If you are a gamer, try a game that allows you to move around, do not just sit on the couch with the remote control in your hand.
